Vivaldi Browser neu Snapshot

Wieder ein wöchentliches Update des Vivaldi Browsers.

Diesmalige Neuerungen: Drei neue Sprachen (die selbst nicht in Chrome verfügnar sind!), Tabschließen durch Doppelklick, Ladefortschrittsanzeige für Hintergrundtabs, Import der Daten von Chrome, Drag&Drop bei Lesezeichen.
