Nur noch wenige Tage trennen und bis zum offiziellen Start von Windows 10. Das neue System bringt zahlreiche neue Funktionen mit, wird aber beim Start bestimmte Features noch nicht enthalten. Diese sollen per Update nachgeliefert werden. Hierunter fällt u.a. die Plug-in Unterstützung für den Edge Browser aber auch die Funktion Windows 10 Apps auf SD-Karten zu installieren.

Dieses Feature ist gerade für kleine Tablets mit wenig internem Speicher wichtig. Das Speichern von Bildern oder Musik aus einer SD-Karte bleibt davon unberührt und Windows 10 Mobile bringt vom Start weg die App-Installation auf Speicherkarten mit.
Wann das Feature für Windows 10 nachgeliefert wird, ist noch nicht bekannt.
