Highlights:
fixes, optimatizations and new predefined profiles for content blocking;
overhaul of tab bar:
allow to detach tabs by dragging them away;
allow to drop URLs and tabs from other windows;
added option to show embedded tab thumbnails;
improved handling of visibility of close button;
tabs demanding attention are drawn using bold font;
improved RTL support;
decreased default tab padding;
tab text is no longer centered horizontally;
fixed status tip messages while rearranging tabs.
Known issues:
initial size of tab bar might be broken until hovered.

fullscreen support is now enabled when using revived QtWebKit;
universal AppImage is now available for 64 bit Linux;
32 bit non legacy QtWebKit Windows packages are back;
non legacy QtWebKit Windows builds are now using MF backend;
spell checking is now enabled in all QtWebKit Windows builds (requires adding hunspell compatible dictionaries to dictionaries directory in profile folder).

installer for Windows 7 or later, 32 bit (27.8 MiB);
