Avatar service test version

I’ll make this available for testing only. Please consider it experimental software and backup your old loadavatars.dll before installing this (in case something goes wrong and you need to revert).

There are 2 major and one smaller changes compared to 0.0.2.5:

* better meta contacts support (avatars should change when subcontact changes, for example), generally, it tries to keep the picture for the “most online contact” visible. If the most online contact does not have a picture, the default protocol avatar is shown.

* completely rewritten picture loading code. This is now running in a low-priority background thread which means that the calling thread is freed from the “hard work” of loading the pictures. Therefore, connecting many protocols or loading the clist with offline contacts visible should be much smoother now as the main service for requesting an avatar is now very “light weight and returns quickly”.

As a result of this change, avatars will appear delayed - depending on the number of avatars on the list, this can take up to 10 seconds or more (the thread loads approximately 10 - 15 pictures per second), but loading lots of pictures should no longer cause troubles like it could before.

* It also includes the patch by Pescuma which should improve behaviour of the avatar history plugin.

This version is only posted here and in the thread on the miranda forum, it is not available on the FL or via updater.

How to use:
To keep this simple I assume that you have mBot and a recent version of Foobar2000 installed and know how they work.
1. Set the main window title of Foobar2000 to something useful like "[%artist% - ]%title%".
This will be the message of your custom status.
2. Set your custom status to "Listening to music".
Choose the Title wisely, it will not be changed by the script.
3. Install the script by dragging it to the mBot console
4. If you have the popup plugin installed you will see a small popup telling you what you are listening to
5. Ask a friend about your custom status to check if the script is working

Ok, let’s start the another line of nightly builds, 0.6. This first build contains the uPNP patch by borkra, which allows all users of [A]DSL modems to obtain the external ports for listening without specifying them manually. Also it includes a lot of fixes for almost all protocols and plugins.
