So nach nochmaliger Recherche hab ich was gefunden.
Vielleicht lässt das auch hier irgendwo finden, aber nun denn.
Falls ihr kein unbedingten Bedarf an dem Namen Favoriten hab und es auch mit Schnellzugriff getan ist, dass hat bei mir wunderbar geklappt.
Auch mit direkten Neustart getestet. Sehr einfach und tada alles wieder da und wie vorher.
I had this problem too (at the same time, I also lost library locations I had mapped to "Documents"). I've now fixed it by using a solution for a similar problem posted on Reddit.
Note: This will reset the folders you have pinned to Quick Access. Make a note so that you can re-pin them after.
Click Start, type "Run", press "Enter".
Paste:
%AppData%\Microsoft\windows\recent\automaticdestinations
Click Start, type "Run", press "Enter".
Paste:
%AppData%\Microsoft\windows\recent\customdestinations
This will open two locations. Delete the contents of both of those folders. Close and then reopen File Explorer. Re-pin the folders as you see fit.
