Probleme mit der Installation von Windows 10?

Hallo

dies ist mein erster Beitrag und ich hoffe man kann mir helfen. Ich habe nun etliche Laptops von uns auf 1903 hochgezogen, immer problemlos. Einzig mein eigener Lenovo W520 muckt und ich weiss mir nicht weiter.

Es sind alle updates 1803 Stand heute aufgespielt.
Virenscanner aus.

Egal ob online oder offline, Installation endet immer mit "Fehler während der INstallation"
Ich habe es mehrfach versucht.
Online komme ich bis zum blauen Bildschirm aber auch danach immer wieder ins alte Windows mit Fehler.

ich füge die seutperror.log ein, hier offline Fehler aber online geht es wie gesagt auch nicht.
Danke für jegliche konkreten Tips

die setupact.log hat 78mb, die kann ich hier nicht hereinkopiern..

Was bedeutet "etliche Laptops von uns", postest Du aus einer Firma heraus?
Wieso bist Du noch auf 1803? Danach gab es doch schon 1809 und derzeit ist 1903 aktuell.
Welcher Virenscanner ist aus? Sollte es sich nicht um den Defender handeln, ist eine komplette Deinstallation angesagt, und zwar nach Vorgabe des Herstellers im abgesicherten Modus.

1803 wurde original installiert damals von mir
win update sind immer an und laufen kpl

virus ist kapersky aber deaktiviert
ich lasse gerade mochmal einen online Lauf durch

das W520 ist wegen Nvdia Grafik ev ein Kandidat, hier schreibt Microsoft von Treiberproblemen bisweilen
ich glaube aber es scheitert viel eher

werde das log nach online Versuch gleich einstelen

Versuche aber mal, die setupact.log zu packen und als Datei an den Thread zu hängen.

Kann aber sein, dass Kaspersky da immer noch Probleme macht. Dieses ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED beim erstellen des Images für das SafeOS könnte darauf hindeuten. Auch die vielen Error WRITE sehen da auch so gesammelt komisch aus.

ich habe versucht das 1809 Paket zu installiere (msi) aber es bricht mit der Meldung "Update nicht für Ihren Computer geeignet ab"

Kapersky ist nun vollständig deinstalliert
1809 bricht mit gleicher Meldung ab, nicht gegeignet
1903 läuft. Log file folgt.

Das mit dem "1809 Paket" ist mir da nicht so klar. Das sollte, wenn es um ein Upgrade geht, auch eine ISO ein und keine MSI.

Aus irgendwelchen Gründen konnte das Setup nicht die 'setup filter driver' in das SafeOS integrieren, weil der Zugriff auf die Datei WinSetupBoot.hiv und/oder auf das SafeOS verweigert wurde, warum auch immer. Hier ist dann jedenfalls Schluss.

Mal schauen, ob es ganz ohne Kaspersky läuft. Eventuell vorher auch mal den Ordner C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\ komplett löschen.

Hallo und vielen Dank für die Mühen im Vorraus!!

ich werde das file sogleich posten wenn fertig.
Ordner habe ich zuvor gelöscht.
Option ohne direkte Updates downloaden gewählt, weil es daran ja nicht liegt.
Dann als "admin" ausführen gestartet.

die wichtigen Updates werden per winupdate noch nachgezogen (45069991 4507453 4503308). Build ist nun 1903 :)
