Windows Update KB4569745 und KB4566782

Hi zusammen

Bei meinem PC (Windows 10 Home) können offenbar folgende Updates nicht eingespielt werden:

2020-08 Kumulatives Update für .NET Framework 3.5 und 4.8 für Windows 10 Version 2004 für x64 (KB4569745)
2020-08 Kumulatives Update für Windows 10 Version 2004 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB4566782)

Vor zwei Wochen habe ich die Sache auf Aufforderung hin manuell gestartet, jedoch musste das System die Sache automatisch rückgängig machen... Ich war froh, dass die Kiste nachher noch lief...

Wie ich heute morgen feststellte, hat Windwos in der Nacht wieder versucht, sich zu aktualisieren (vgl. die letzten Zeilen aus dem UpdateLog unten).
(Auf der C Partition sind noch 46.7 GB frei.)

Ist das Problem bekannt?
Wie könnte man es lösen?

Mein Anhang war der letzte Teil der WindowsUpdate.log.

Den cbs.log kann ich nicht finden. Wenn man auf dem Laufwerk C: nach cbs.log sucht, wird nichts gefunden(?).

Wenn du die Windows 10 2004 installiert hast, könntest du es mit einer Inplace Upgrade Reparatur versuchen.
Hat bislang bei einigen schon geholfen.

Alles was du brauchst ist eine ISO und dann die setup.exe starten.

Vielen Dank für den Link! Ja, ich habe die Version 2004.

Frage 1: Wo finde ich nun die für mich passende "ISO"? Muss ich diese für eine Installation auf eine DVD brennen?

Frage 2: Ist die Installation gefährlich, d.h. könnte ich dabei meine Daten verlieren? Gibt es Stolperfallen?

Frage 3: Warum kann ich das Logfile, das Du mir angegeben hast, auf meinem PC nicht finden? (leider ist das bei vielen anderen Logfiles ebenfalls so... Ich habe extra mal die Systemdateien eingeblendet. Das hat aber auch nichts genützt...)

Lade sie dir hier herunter (Je nachdem welche du hast Home oder Pro) Wäre in deinem Fall die 19041.450

Dann einfach per Rechtsklick bereitstellen und dort die Setup.exe starten. (Wie im Link oben aufgeführt).

Wichtig ist, dass "Persönliche Dateien und Apps behalten" als Auswahl zur Verfügung steht.

Warum jetzt die Logdateien nicht mehr da sind....

Bin ich im Moment überfragt.

Vielen Dank!

Ich habe nun die ISO-Datei heruntergeladen und das Setup doppelgeklickt. Es wurden dann Updates heruntergeladen. Dann kam die Meldung, dass das System neu gestartet werde. Zuerst kamen dann aber noch die Microsoft Lizenzbedingungen, die man durchlesen und akzeptieren könnte. Da aber die von Dir erwähnte Möglichkeit, die eigenen Daten und Apps zu behalten, fehlte, getraute ich mich nicht, hier weiterzumachen...

Kommt diese Wahlmöglichkeit erst später?

Uebrigens: Obwohl ich die Installation gestern abgebrochen hatte, habe ich nun ein aktuelles System. Der PC wurde offenbar in der Nacht neu gestartet.
