Seit gestern wir laufend ein Neustart für rund 2 Minuten angefordert, um KB5030509 zu installieren, endet stets mit erneuter Aufforderung. Aktuelle Stand 22H2 Build 22621.236.1.
Erweiterte Optionen halfen nicht, die Update-Fehlerbehandlung ist als verschoben gemeldet und an einer neuen Stelle wohl noch nicht verhanden.
Soll ich abwaren oder gibt es noch Tricks?

Das Problem haben leider einige.
Geholfen hat bisher nichts. Also warte einfach. Vielleicht gibt es auch bald eine Änderung von MS serverseitig.

I have solved the "KB5030509 Pending Restart" problem. Reading the various discussions on the web and analyzing the problem encountered on my PC, I got the impression that the problem might be caused by some blocking/exclusion on the network so I did the following:

- I performed a system restore to before the KB5030509 release via Disk Imaging using Bakupper
- I set the DNS on the router from NextDNS to the classic Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- I disabled the automatic startup of AdGuard for Windows
- I disabled all O&O ShutUp10 optimizations.
- Reset the Hosts to default
- Reset the Windows Firewall to default settings

Next, I run Windows Update with the option "Get the latest update as soon as they're available" enabled.

After a couple of reboots, all updates were installed, including the "Other updates > Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509) Successfully Installed on 11/10/2023"

I think it is very important to temporarily disable all optimizations that apply to Windows regarding privacy/telemetry/debloating and/or additional firewalls.
