Hallo zusammen,

bin neu hier und denke Ihr seid die letzte Hoffnung vor einer Neuinstallation. Habe viele Foren durchsucht und vieles getestet:
* Virenscanner deinstalliert
* Microsoft Update-Tool
* mit CMD die Installationsdateien gelöscht/zurück gesetzt
* .....
* Inplace-Update
- aber immer ohne Erfolg. Auch die Microsoft-Community sagt Neuinstallation.

Nachdem ich aber diesen Beitrag hier gelesen habe: viewtopic.php?f=327&t=20649
habe ich nochmal Hoffnung geschöpft

Bei allen Installationsversuchen läuft die Installationsroutine bis 100% durch, dann gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:
1. Der PC startet nicht neu und meldet: Fehler bei der Installation von Win10 - ohne weitere Fehlermeldung
2. Der PC startet neu und meldet: das System wurde wieder hergestellt.

Angefangen habe ich mit Version: 1703 (Built 15063.1478) als das Problem aufgetreten ist.
das Einzige was noch funktioniert hat waren manuelle Updates einzeln nacheinander ohne eines auszulassen:

15. Januar 2019 – KB4480959 (Betriebssystembuild 15063.1596)
8. Januar 2019 – KB4480973 (Betriebssystembuild 15063.1563)
19. Dezember 2018 – KB4483230 (Betriebssystembuild 15063.1508)
11. Dezember 2018 – KB4471327 (Betriebssystembuild 15063.1506)

Kann mir hier bitte jemand helfen?

Erst einmal

Die 1703 ist schon sehr alt und wird nicht mehr supportet. Was du machen kannst wäre ein Funktionsupdate auf die 1809 bzw. gleich auf die 1903.

Aber wie im anderen Beitrag, müsste man die Log-Datei auswerten, was bei dir den Fehler verursacht.

Da gibt es keine Lösung, jedenfalls keine mir bekannte, da die Upgrades nur noch auf die Enterprise und Education angewendet werden können, zumindest noch bis zu 8.10.2019. Dann ist auch hier endgültig Schluss.

Für alle anderen Editionen enthalten die Updates in sich eine Installations-Sperre über die Servicing Lizenz. Der CBS überprüft die SKU und sobald nicht der SKU Lizenz Code für Enterprise oder Education vom Lizensierungsdienst zurückgegeben wird, wird das Update am Ende der Installation wieder komplett entfernt, da 'not supportet (= nicht unterstützt). Das steht auch so in der CBS.log.

Mir ist nicht bekannt, ob man das in irgendeiner Form umgehen kann.

Das KB4480959 auf die 15063.1596 war die letzte Version der Updates, welche man noch manuell auf alle Editionen anwenden konnte. Alles was danach kommt, enthält die Sperre. Das Selbe gilt dann auch für die 1709 und 1803.

Die Installation endet generell mit Fehler 0x80070032 (ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED).

Im Beispiel hier war es die SKU 101 (= Windows 10 Home Version 1703). Die wird vom Microsoft Client Licensing Supplemental Servicing nicht mehr unterstützt und daher wird das Update sofort wieder entfernt.

ja das versuche ich ja, würde gerne auf das Neueste 1903 updaten.
Aber genau das funktioniert nicht - es hängt bei 1703 und ich kann machen was ich will.

Achso, dann habe ich das falsch verstanden.

Dann bräuchte man aber mal die C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\panther\setupact.log als Datei.

Aus der setuperr.log kann ich jetzt nicht genau ersehen, welcher der Fehler da relevant ist oder nicht.

und wie bring ich die Lange Datei hier ins Forum? 83MB

Eigentlich packen und dann unten über Dateianhänge (Tab unter der Textbox hier) an den Thread hängen.

Nun weiß ich aber nicht, ob Du mit 4 Beiträgen das schon darfst oder ob es moinmoin zu dem Zwecke erst für Dich freischalten muss. Ansonsten die Datei bei irgend einem anderen Hoster hochladen.

Das irgendwie schwer.

Das Log war jetzt vom Versuch, das Upgrade auf die 1803 durchzuführen.

Aber irgendwie an der Stelle, wo es nicht weiter geht, gibts keinen Fehler. Er kommt nur bis hier hin:

Die folgende Operation 'Cleanup external drivers after installation' startet er gar nicht mehr erst.

Aber interessanter Weise keine Fehlermeldung an der Stelle, so als ob das so gewollt ist, dass das Setup da aussteigt.

Was passiert denn, wenn Du die 1809 oder 1903 installieren willst? Die Logs würden mich dann auch mal interessieren. Weil das Log der 1803 ist da seltsam.

Bis zum Booten komt er gar nicht mehr, weil die Operationen gar nicht mehr ausgeführt werden:

Sind zwar geplant, aber werden nicht ausgeführt. 'Boot WinPE' ist die Stelle, wo der Neustart eingeleitet wird. Aber warum das Setup da ohne Fehler nicht weiter macht, kann ich Dir nicht sagen. Ob das was mit dem negativen Speicherplatz zu tun hat? Alle Operationen davor wurden mit 'Operation completed successfully' abgeschlossen, so dass man diese eigentlich als Fehlerquelle ausschießen kann.

Einen schönen guten Morgen aus dem Frankenwald

Hier das Ergebnis der letzten Nacht:

Ich habe hier im Forum die Datei 18362.53-X64-DE-HOME.ISO geladen, und ein Inplace-Update gemacht.
Der PC ist ohne Fehlermeldung am Desktop neu gestartet, ohne ein update zu machen - im Updateverlauf:

Hier ist der Unterschied zum vorherigen Versuch: Fehler bei der Installation / Neustart erforderlich.
