Conky Uhr Problem

Hallo Leute! Ich hoffe ich kann hier Hilfe finden...
Also meine conky Uhr wird nicht aktualisiert, seit ~30 min wird nur 16:04 angezeigt und es ändert sich nichts, woran liegt es? Hier mein Conky, falls ihr den Fehler sieht...:

Hab den Fehler, kann man löschen.

Was ist denn der Fehler? Vielleicht kann irgend jemand die Lösung gebrauchen.

"%I" ist der Code für die "kleine Zahlen anzeige" also das Anstatt 16:00, 04:00 kommt. Das musste ich halt durch "%M" austauschen.
