Neue Version 0.0.3 beta von Peakmeter for Columns UI

Changelog:
- option to draw the bars vertical instead of horizontal
- separated option for the peaks (fall down, freezed, disappear)
- reset peak indicator by doubleclick and menu item
- option to change peak indicator color
- option to change channel textbox color
- option to change line color
- ability to hide/remove channel box
- horizontal padding
- vertical padding
