Danke. Das stimmt .NET Windows Desktop Runtime 8 wurde automatisch mit meinem Anti Virus Programm installiert.

Ich habe gerade noch einmal nach gesehen. Jetzt ist alles richtig. Warum weiß ich auch nicht.

Aber keine Ahnung, warum und wieso oder was das vorher da Komisches war. Aber jetzt passt es jedenfalls.
