Just make a bootable USB using Rufus and a win10 .iso and boot up from it, pick which drive you want to install win10 in, do a clean install, and when done delete your windows.old file.

If old drivers work better you can stick with them.

If you made/used a Microsoft account you can reset it from your Laptop id.
