I am going to Buy Macbook Pro 2019(Black)

Can anyone tell me how can I check battery health of MAC? I wanna buy used MAC from my friend. So I have to check it's battery health first. I searched on Youtube but didn't get any proper solution of it. Please tell me authentic way to check battery health of MACBook Pro. Thanks in advance.
