How do that ? i don't even have a Microsoft account .

for a Virus:
boot the computer with a bootable Antivir-Software (from USB-Stick)
follow the instructions

for forgotten Passwords:
LoginScreen - klick on forgotten Password
enter your Maildadress and Captcha
try the SecurityCode from your Mail-Account (other Computer or Handy)
enter Code on ...

They said they hadn't touched my computer , i can not find any reason .

This is a personal computer. Nobody knows the password.(Including my parents) The last time I logged in, it prompted my password to be incorrect,i idid not anything , i have been using this password for 3 years , I suspect it is hacked, I can't think of any other reason.

What you mean that i need to reset the login password , but how to install it on my computer ?
