Mehrere integrierte Sprachpakete sind manchmal etwas "hakelig", das habe ich in früheren Tests (nicht speziell zu deinem Problem) auch festgestellt. Da ich beruflich Images mit 9+ Sprachpaketen installiere, sind diese Sprachpakete mittlerweile direkt in das Ausgangs-Image integriert. Weitere Updates und Treiber folgen erst später bei der Installation auf dem endgültigen Client. Diese Reihenfolge ist meist erfolgreich, hat die wenigsten Probleme.

Problem gelöst, kurze Zusammenfassung:
Sprachdateien CH F und DE D installiert, Fehlermeldung, anschl.
net stop wuauserv

Inhalt C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution gelöscht

anschl. wurde KB5072033 26200.7462 installiert ohne Fehler, dann nochmals per Update jedoch mit anderer Fehlermeldung
(sorry hab sie nicht notiert)
anschl. per Windows Update / System Wiederherstellung - Probleme mittels Windows Update beheben - Jetzt neu installieren ausgeführt, nun ist 26200.7462 / Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.275.0 installiert
(Logik zu dieser zufälligen Lösung schleierhaft) Thema somit abgeschlossen, danke für die Unterstützung

Dankeschön für die Rückmeldung. Nein, es ist nur 1 Sprachpaket (D CH) installiert und aktiv. Woher diese kommen ist mir unklar.
Alte Systemdateien und Update Cache mit Dism-Befehl habe ich auch versucht, Fehler bleibt.
Etwas speziellere Software sind nur Windows Subsystem Android / Hyper-V / VMWare Workstation installiert.

Klingt nach Update Bereinigung. Problem nur, keine der o.g. Sprachdateien wurden repariert. Nur der andere übliche Kram nach Bereinigung.

Ist jetzt schwer zu sagen. Irgendwas passt dem da wohl nicht an den "Spelling-Dictionaries". Hast Du die alle nachträglich installiert?

Beim 0x80070306 würde ich ja Inplace Upgrade vorschlagen, aber das hast Du ja gerade schon gemacht.

Ansonsten bräuchte man die Logs aus C:\Windows\Logs\CBS. Eventuell kann man daran herauslesen, welche Fehler genau bei Dir aufgetreten sind.

Müsste man die Log-Datei sehen.
