EDIT:
Bei einem Clean-Install in einer virtuellen Maschine konnte ich mit Diskpart die gewünschten Partitions erstellen und die System-Partition auch als ReFS formatieren.

Beim Setup kann ich die System-Partition auswählen, aber beim Anklicken von Formatieren kann ich nicht ReFS auswählen.
Das in einem anderen Thread von XENO verlinkte Video hilft auch nicht weiter. [attachment=0]Formatieren.jpg[/attachment]

In Windows selber bringt das auch nichts. Das muss in die Registry vom Image 2 der Boot.wim eingetragen werden. Die IDs schalten nur die beiden Features für das Setup frei:

42189933: Setup_ReFSEnabled
42783107: Setup_AutomaticReFSDeploymentEnabled

In der Registry wird das verschleiert eingetragen:

Im laufenden Windows haben die Features keine Wirkung, höchstens wenn Du das Setup ausführst. Habe das aber nur bei Neuinstallation getestet.

ich teste die Insider Preview in der Version 25284.
Ich möchte das Feature 42189933 (ReFS) freischalten.
PowerShell: .\vivetool /enable /id:42189933
Eingabeaufforderung: vivetool /enable /id:42189933
Neustart ====> brachte nicht den erhofften Eintrag in der Registry.

Es gibt keinen Eintrag unter HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FeatureManagement\Overrides\4\42189933\.
Überhaupt gibt es in der gesamten Registry keine Ziffernfolge 42189933.
Beim Versuch, eine Partition neu zu formatieren, wird nur NTFS, FAT und FAT32 angeboten.
Das Feature scheint wirklich seeehr versteckt zu sein.
