Das muss nicht an Treibern liegen. Bei dem Thread, ebenfalls mit dem Fehler, lag es am aktivierten IIS:

viewtopic.php?f=327&t=22250&hilit=0x30018

Der Code ist da nicht eindeutig. Besagt nur, dass die Einrichtung des neuen Windows fehlgeschlagen ist. Muss nicht zwangsläufig an Treibern liegen.

Bräuchte man jetzt die C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\panther\setupact.log um zu sehen, woran es genau scheitert.

Um welche Hardware (Hersteller/Modell) geht es denn bei Dir überhaupt?
Wie bzw. auf welche Weise hast Du denn welche Treiber aktualisiert?

Funktionsupdate auf 1806 ging schon nicht und jetzt auf 1903 auch nicht. Immer Fehler 0xC1900101-0x30018 und dann kommt der Rollback. Habe schon Tage verbracht mit Tipps ausprobieren die via Google auffindbar sind:
Offenbar scheint ein Treiber das Problem zu sein, das sage der Code 0xC1900101. Habe schon Treiber aktualisiert,benutze auser dem Windows Dfender kein anderes Programm, sfc drüberlaufen lassen, beim Updaten alle Peripherie-Geräte entfernt etc. - nichts hilft.
Gibt es denn keine Möglichkeit, herauszufinden, welcher Treiber oder was sonst das Problem ist?
