Gestern gab Microsoft bekannt, dass Microsoft Bookings nun weltweit in Office 365 verf\u00fcgbar ist. F\u00fcr Bookings muss man aber den Office 365 Business Premium-Plan adoptiert haben, den von uns dann sicherlich die Wenigstens besitzen. Wie auch immer, mithilfe von Bookings k\u00f6nnen Kunden direkt Meetings oder \u00e4hnliches bei einer Firma buchen.<\/p>\n

Mit der Integration von Office 365 wird nun auch automatisch gegengecheckt, ob man eventuell einen privaten Termin in der vom Kunden gew\u00fcnschten Zeit hat. Sollte dies der Fall sein, dann wird nat\u00fcrlich dieser Zeitraum blockiert. Eine weitere Neuerung mit dem weltweiten Launch ist auch die Funktion „Buffer-Time“, d.h. zwischen den einzelnen Terminen f\u00fcgt das Programm automatisch eine Pufferzeit ein, welche zum Beispiel zum Vorbereiten oder \u00e4hnliches genutzt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Schlussendlich k\u00f6nnen Nutzer nun die Akzent-Farbe, wie bei Outlook.com, \u00e4ndern, sodass die Bookings-Seite besser die eigene Marke reflektiert. Auch l\u00e4sst sich nun das Markenlogo hinzuf\u00fcgen, sodass ein wirklich vollst\u00e4ndiges Branding m\u00f6glich ist. Wie am Anfang erw\u00e4hnt, steht Microsoft Bookings jetzt allen Abonnenten von O365 Business Premium zur Verf\u00fcgung und soll sp\u00e4ter auch f\u00fcr die Nutzer von E3 sowie E5 kommen. Pers\u00f6nlich verstehe ich aber nicht, warum Microsoft nicht auch die anderen Business-Pl\u00e4ne unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n
